Note: This information is for all XFINITY Home customers. However, if you live in the Houston, Texas, area and you purchased XFINITY Home prior to November 16, 2011, please see XFINITY Home for customers in the Houston, Texas area installed before November 16, 2011.

We are redesigning our XFINITY Home Subscriber Portal for XFINITY Home - Secure customers. As of on June 3, 2015, there will be the option to preview the new XFINITY Home Subscriber Portal. Please see the instructions below and select the current view that you are using, either the Current View or the Preview version.

Managing Video Clips and Pictures in the XFINITY Home Subscriber Portal - Current Version

  1. From the Saved Pictures and Videos section of the Home screen, click on View Saved Pictures and Videos.

  2. You can delete or download pictures or videos from the screen by checking the box next to the appropriate pictures or videos and selecting the DELETE or DOWNLOAD option.

  3. Click on an individual picture or video to view it.
  4. To delete a picture or video, at the bottom of the picture window, place a check in the box under the picture or video you want to delete and click the Trash Can icon.
  5. To download a picture or video, at the bottom of the picture window, place a check in the box under the picture or video you want to download and click the Arrow icon.

Managing Video Clips and Pictures in the XFINITY Home Subscriber Portal - Preview

  1. From the Overview Screen, select the Cameras menu and scroll down to view Saved Pictures and Videos.

  2. To view a picture or video, click on the image.
  3. To delete a picture or video, hover over the image and click on the Trash Can icon that appears on the upper-right-hand corner of the image.
  4. To download a picture or video, hover over the image and click on the download Arrow icon that appears on the upper-right-hand corner of the image.
