This information applies only to XFINITY Internet customers in Huntsville and Mobile, Alabama; Tucson, Arizona; Atlanta, Augusta and Savannah, Georgia; Central Kentucky; Maine; Jackson, Mississippi; Knoxville, Nashville and Memphis, Tennessee; and Charleston, South Carolina who are not enrolled in the Flexible-Data Option.

The charge for exceeding your data usage plan will appear on the bill statement following the last day of the month for which you exceeded your data usage plan.
