Using More than 5 GB of Data in a Month

If you use more than 5 GB of data in any given month, then you will not receive the $5 credit for that month and you will be charged $1 for each gigabyte of data used over 5 GB. These charges would be in addition to the price of your monthly XFINITY Internet Economy Plus service charge. We will send you courtesy in-browser notifications and emails letting you know when you reach 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100%, 110% and 125% of the 5 GB included in the Flexible Data Option.

When you have used 100% of the 5 GB of data included in this monthly option, we will also call to inform you that you have reached 100% of the 5 GB of data included in your monthly Flexible Data Option. You can also elect to receive mobile text notifications when you near or exceed your usage plan. For more information about notifications, see Once enrolled, will I be alerted when I approach or exceed 5 GB of data?
