This information only applies to Economy Plus customers who choose to participate in the Flexible Data Option in the following areas: Huntsville and Mobile, Alabama; Fresno, California; Fort Lauderdale, the Keys and Miami, Florida; Atlanta, Augusta and Savannah, Georgia; Central Kentucky; Maine; Jackson and Tupelo, Mississippi; Knoxville and Memphis, Tennessee; and Charleston, South Carolina.

Using More than 5 GB of Data in a Month

If you use more than 5 GB of data in any given month, then you will not receive the $5 credit for that month and you will be charged $1 for each gigabyte of data used over 5 GB. These charges would be in addition to the price of your monthly XFINITY Internet Economy Plus service charge. We will send you courtesy in-browser notifications and emails letting you know when you reach 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100%, 110% and 125% of the 5 GB included in the Flexible Data Option.

When you have used 100% of the 5 GB of data included in this monthly option, we will also call to inform you that you have reached 100% of the 5 GB of data included in your monthly Flexible Data Option. You can also elect to receive mobile text notifications when you near or exceed your usage plan.
