This information only applies to Economy Plus customers who choose to participate in the Flexible Data Option in the following areas: Huntsville and Mobile, Alabama; Fresno, California; Fort Lauderdale, the Keys and Miami, Florida; Atlanta, Augusta and Savannah, Georgia; Central Kentucky; Maine; Jackson and Tupelo, Mississippi; Knoxville and Memphis, Tennessee; and Charleston, South Carolina.

Billing for the Flexible Data Option

If you choose the Flexible Data Option and use more than 5 GB of data in a given month, the XFINITY Internet section of your bill will list a charge of $1 per gigabyte of data used in excess of the 5 GB included in the Flexible Data Option.

If you use 5 GB of data or less in the month, then the XFINITY Internet section of your bill will show a credit of $5.

Note: Since this program is optional, there will be no courtesy credits issued in the event that overage charges are incurred.
