Support XFINITY Internet Copy Emails to the server with Outlook Express


Outlook Express can automatically leave a copy of your emails on the server—just follow the steps outlined here to set it up.

How to do it

  1. In Outlook Express, select Tools from the top menu, and Accounts from the dropdown list.
  2. Select the Mail tab at the top, highlight your Comcast account by clicking on it once, and then select the Properties button.
  3. Click on the Advanced tab, and in the Delivery area, check the box labeled Leave a copy of messages on server.
  4. Click Apply, then OK, and Close to return to Outlook Express.
