Support XFINITY Internet How do I know what level of XFINITY service I subscribe to?

Introduction

You can find out what package you currently have by checking your billing statement or going to My Account.

Check Using Your Online Billing Statement

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Sign in with your XFINITY username and password.
  3. Click on the Billing & Payments tab in the banner across the top.

  4. Click View or print full bill. (You may have to scroll down to find the link.)

  5. Your package information is listed on page 2 of your billing statement. For assistance with reading your billing statement, see Understanding Your Bill.

Check Using My Services

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Sign in with your XFINITY username and password.
  3. Click on the My Services tab in the banner across the top.

  4. Your Internet tier of service will be displayed above your usage meter.
